1. General Principle
Refund eligibility depends on the service type, delivery status, third-party costs and work already performed.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Domains, SSL certificates, licenses, cloud resources, server setup, payment gateway fees, urgent work, activated digital services and completed milestones are generally non-refundable.
3. Custom Projects
Payments for custom development may be linked to milestones. Completed or approved milestones are not refundable. Scope changes require a new approval.
4. Hosting and Subscriptions
Hosting refunds, if offered, apply only to the unused eligible period and may exclude setup, migration, support and third-party fees.
5. Cancellation Requests
A cancellation request does not automatically create a refund. Outstanding invoices, completed work and provider charges may still be due.
6. Review Procedure
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Approved refunds may be reduced by administrative, banking, third-party or completed-work deductions.
7. Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of services while the matter is investigated.
