1. Scope of Services
These Terms govern the use of our website and services including web development, software development, hosting, domains, business email, SSL certificates, cybersecurity, AI, automation, WSEMS and related technology services.
2. Orders, Proposals and Payments
A service starts only after written approval and required payment unless otherwise agreed. Quotations are valid for the stated period and may change when third-party prices, scope, deadlines, licenses or technical requirements change.
3. Client Responsibilities
The client must provide accurate information, lawful content, timely approvals and secure access credentials. The client remains responsible for internal users, business decisions, uploaded data and content entered into any system.
4. Domains, Hosting and Email
Domains, hosting, servers, email and SSL services may depend on third-party providers and registrars. The client is responsible for renewal deadlines, accurate registration data, passwords and compliance with provider rules.
5. Custom Software and WSEMS
Custom development is delivered according to the approved scope. Additional features, integrations, migration, reports or design changes may require extra time and cost. After delivery, support and maintenance follow the agreed plan.
6. AI and Automation
AI outputs are supportive and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Clients must review AI results before using them for legal, financial, operational, technical, safety or critical decisions.
7. Third-Party Providers
Cloud infrastructure, payment gateways, APIs, plugins, themes, licenses and other external services are subject to their own terms, pricing, availability, limitations and security practices.
8. Intellectual Property
Our brand, templates, frameworks, methodologies, reusable code and platform components remain owned by us unless a written agreement states otherwise. Client content remains owned by the client.
9. Security, Backups and Access
We apply reasonable security measures, but no internet service can be guaranteed completely secure. Clients should use strong passwords, limit permissions and keep independent backups of critical data.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, abuse, security risk, illegal use, false information, harmful activity, third-party provider action or breach of these Terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost data, reputation damage, third-party downtime or decisions made using client data or AI outputs.
